 Ty Guenot is CEO of Eninthal, an alternate energy development company, who brings 16 years experience in the energy industry into the aegis of energy development. Mr. Guenot provides crystal clear executive leadership for clients who would otherwise become entangled in the myriad details of this newly emerging field by bringing together the necessary elements of capital and talent to initiate, develop, and complete sustainable power production and transmission facilities on time and under budget. Mr. Guenot emphasizes teamwork to implement the best sustainable energy technology available to provide the next generation of electric power.

 Todd McKissick is CTO for Eninthal with 25 years experience across various fields of high end technology.  Mr. McKissick has held high level technical positions in the energy, plant design and automation, automotive, computer programming and control fields, often directly managing the overall project.  He has designed or optimized numerous projects that include the Pentagon Heating and Chilling plant, various wastewater treatment plants, a robotic circuit board assemby line for the aerospace industry, an international charity's budget and payroll system, an automated software testing and installation system for a major computer manufacturer and many other proprietary systems.  With many of his innovations being patented by past employers, Mr. McKissick co-founded an R&D company to commercialize some of his most cutting edge renewable systems. 

 Wayne Gann is COO for Eninthal with more than 20 years of hands-on experience building industrial and utility scale power plants. Mr. Gann is a site manager, project manager and superintendent for the construction of transmission lines, power installations of wind, coal, and gas combined cycle, who is adept at budgeting, scheduling, managing and implementing power generation projects. Some of Mr. Gann’s recent projects include: commissioning a simple cycle GE Frame 7 Natural Gas turbine (triple unit) in Clarksdale, MS;  2 Siemens Natural Gas turbines and a single Siemens Steam Turbine with dual Hershig units in Provo, UT; a Siemens Steam turbine/GE Generator/Coal fired Boiler and Coal Delivery system in Lamar, CO.
